Kitchen Gear For People Who Like to Cook

When it comes to kitchen tools, I have a very conservative approach, I usually try cooking without any specific gadgets unless the tool fulfills three requirements:

  1. I make the recipe a lot.
  2. It helps make it quicker and/or easier to prepare.
  3. It makes it taste better.

And once it fulfills these requirements, I try to buy the best quality. I don’t mind paying a little more if it’s of better quality, lasts longer, and I don’t have to buy it again (ideally). Here is my list:

What I use for my pizza recipe:

  1. Pizza Stone
  2. Pizza Peel
  3. Food Processer by KitchenAid

What I use for baking (like my granola recipe):

  1. Baking Sheet
  2. Silicone Mat

What I use for my grain bowls and salads:

  1. Small Oxo Good Grip Salad Dressing Shaker
  2. Peeler

I will continually add to this list as needed.
