Homemade Citrus Quencher

Easy homemade sports drink that is made with just a few ingredients. Most of which you probably already have in your kitchen and fridge.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 1/2 cup cold water

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a big pitcher and keep refrigerated. This recipe makes one quart in total or four eight oz glasses.
